HireProxy.ai is a multi-tenant SaaS platform operated by Broadlake Technologies LLC. The platform enables candidates to create AI-powered career assistants that respond to recruiter and hiring manager inquiries using verified, candidate-provided data. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and how we protect it.
What We Collect
- Account information collected during registration via Supabase Auth (email address, hashed password, display name)
- Career data you provide to build your AI assistant, including user profiles, work history, career stories, employment gaps, and branding preferences
- Conversation logs between recruiters/hiring managers and your AI career assistant
- Contact events and AI-generated reports summarizing recruiter interactions
- Payment information processed through LemonSqueezy (we do not store credit card numbers directly)
- Usage data such as IP address, timestamp, and request metadata for rate limiting and security
How We Use Your Information
- To generate AI responses to recruiter questions using your candidate-provided data
- To manage your account and provide platform services
- To process subscription payments through LemonSqueezy
- To send transactional emails via Resend (account verification, contact notifications)
- To enforce rate limits and prevent abuse
- To monitor errors and improve reliability through Sentry (error monitoring)
- To improve the platform's functionality and user experience
Third-Party Services
- Anthropic (Claude API) — AI model provider that processes conversation messages to generate career assistant responses
- Supabase — PostgreSQL database, user authentication, and file storage
- LemonSqueezy — Subscription payment processing
- Resend — Transactional email delivery
- Sentry — Error monitoring and performance tracking
- Vercel — Application hosting and edge network
- Vercel KV (Redis) — Rate limiting and ephemeral session data
Data Retention
Account and career data is retained in Supabase for as long as your account is active. Conversation logs are retained per our Data Retention Policy. Payment records are maintained by LemonSqueezy per their data retention practices. Rate limiting data in Vercel KV expires automatically. For full details, see our Data Retention Policy.
Cookies & Tracking
HireProxy.ai uses essential cookies required for authentication and session management. A cookie consent mechanism is built into the platform but is currently disabled behind the NEXT_PUBLIC_ENABLE_TRACKING feature flag. No tracking pixels or advertising cookies are active at launch.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell your data to third parties
- We do not share data with third parties for marketing purposes
- We do not use cookies for tracking or advertising (tracking is disabled at launch)
- The AI responds only with verified information from candidate-provided data and does not fabricate credentials or experience
